The Agency is recruiting for a Financial Controller on behalf of our client.

• Oversee the timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, providing variance analysis and strategic insights for informed decision-making.
• Manage cash flow to meet operational needs and support business growth.
• Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard the company assets and maintain financial integrity.
• Ensure full compliance with financial regulations in the Cayman Islands.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Drive improvements in financial systems and processes to enhance accuracy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field.
• Professional accounting designation (e.g., CPA, ACCA) preferred.
• At least 5 years of financial management experience, ideally in a private company setting.
• In-depth knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulatory compliance in the Cayman Islands.
• Proficient in financial management software and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Salary: US$140,000 – US$160,000 per annum.
