The Agency is recruiting for a Financial Controller on behalf of our client. This is a 1-3-month contract. Immediate start. 

• Manage financial tasks, including accounts payable and receivable, while conducting regular reconciliations and swiftly addressing any discrepancies.
• Manage a team of junior staff, fostering a growth-oriented environment and offering relevant guidance.
• Oversee the timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Develop and update company policies as needed while driving improvements in financial systems and processes to enhance accuracy.
• Provide regular reports to management and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Professional accounting designation (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is required.
• Experience with a Big 4 firm is an asset.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS accounting standards.
• Proven ability to manage and lead a small team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
• Only Caymanian, RERC, and PR holder candidates will be considered for this role.

Salary: US$37 per hour.
