The Agency is recruiting for a Financial Operations Analyst on behalf of our client.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all company transactions, ensuring data accuracy and promptly addressing any discrepancies.
• Set up new clients and investments in collaboration with other departments, following standard procedures and ensuring proper system documentation.
• Improve company efficiency by introducing streamlined processes and advocating for new technologies where applicable.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records for easy access while ensuring office amenities are well-stocked and in order.
• Support management in fostering and strengthening client relationships.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field, with a professional designation such as CPA.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the industry, specifically dealing with funds.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and think strategically.

Salary: US$105,000 – US$115,000 per annum.
