The Agency is recruiting for a Fund Account Manager on behalf of our client. This is a 3-6 month contract. Immediate start.

• Interact with clients to resolve inquiries and operational challenges in a timely manner, ensuring seamless operations.
• Monitor daily client cash flows, ensuring accurate transactions and error-free processing.
• Provide clients with technical assistance on AML/KYC requirements, fund accounting, and transfer agency processes.
• Handle fee collection, issuing monthly invoices, and ensuring timely receipt of payments.
• Prepare financial statements in line with the applicable GAAP, as outlined by the client.
• Keep an up-to-date register of investors and maintain all statutory records accurately.  

• University Degree majoring in Accounting, Business or a related field.
• Internationally recognised accounting designation (e.g., CA, ACCA, or CPA).
• Prior experience in fund auditing or administration.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, with experience using accounting software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines with strong organisational skills.

Salary: US$40 – US$45 per hour DOE.
