The Agency is recruiting for a Fund Accountant on behalf of our client.

Professional Impact: Lead initiatives to establish processes and systems that shape the company’s operations.

• Prepare and maintain accurate NAVs and related fund reporting on a regular schedule.
• Support financial statement preparation, audits, and investor reporting under US GAAP/IFRS.
• Reconcile accounts, including cash and investments, with external parties and custodians.
• Manage day-to-day fund operations while ensuring compliance with fund documents and regulatory standards.
• Liaise with stakeholders such as investors, auditors, and fund managers.

• Professional accounting qualification (CPA, CA, ACA, ACCA).
• Minimum 5 years of international experience in a relevant field.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and improving operational processes.
• Demonstrated knowledge of various investment structures, Cayman Islands fund regulations, and global reporting standards.

Salary: US$75,000 – US$95,000 per annum.
