Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the global IT support function, ensuring strong team performance and service delivery.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement, professional growth, and customer-focused operations.
- Oversee service performance, reporting, and alignment with business expectations.
- Collaborate across functions to enhance support offerings and manage escalations effectively.
Requirements:
- Extensive background in IT support and infrastructure operations, covering both on-premises and cloud environments.
- Strong track record of delivering IT service management within complex, global organisations.
- Solid experience with enterprise platforms and tools, alongside knowledge of industry-standard frameworks and practices.
- Proven leadership experience managing international teams within professional services or similarly demanding environments.
Salary: US$170,000 – US$190,000 per annum.
