The Agency is recruiting for a Head of Finance, on behalf of a client. The post holder will oversee and streamline all financial processes, manage finance operations and lead financial planning & analysis. The successful candidate will work closely with the Senior Management Team and Board of Directors to provide essential financial insights and guide strategic decision-making initiatives.

• Formulate and implement financial strategies, utilizing analysis to uncover risks and opportunities that improve profitability.
• Lead the global finance department with business strategies, ensuring optimal utilization of financial and human resources to meet goals with precision and adherence to regulations.
• Spearhead transformative finance initiatives and support long-term growth and strategic objectives.
• Define performance metrics and benchmarks, providing ongoing updates and insights to drive progress.

• A Minimum of 10 years of experience in Financial Services and Professional Services, with at least 5 years at a senior management level.
• Expertise in financial analysis and forecasting, using data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making.
• Professional accounting designation such as (ACA/CA/CPA) and in-depth knowledge of IFRS.
• Experience in leading and managing teams across multiple jurisdictions.
