• Support end-to-end recruiting processes, including candidate interactions, interview coordination, and offer preparation.
• Produce and analyse recruiting data to provide insights on hiring trends and pipeline health.
• Collaborate with internal teams on people-related initiatives and ad-hoc priorities.
• Apply problem-solving, critical thinking, and business awareness to deliver quality outcomes while adhering to firm standards.

Requirements:

• Prior exposure to HR or people-focused functions is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proven ability to manage tasks effectively, balancing team priorities and stakeholder expectations.
• Organized and proactive approach to supporting projects and team deliverables.

Salary: US$54,000 – US$60,000 per annum.
