The Agency is recruiting for an HR Business Partner on behalf of our client.

Strategic HR Leadership: Play a key role in shaping HR initiatives and supporting organisational growth across multiple locations.

Meaningful Impact: Influence employee engagement, talent development, and workforce planning within a respected public organisation.

Diverse HR Exposure: Lead a broad range of HR functions, partnering with leadership on both strategic and operational priorities.

• Lead key HR initiatives including recruitment, employee relations, and workforce planning across multiple sites.
• Provide HR guidance to managers, ensuring policies and employment practices are applied consistently.
• Coordinate performance management, learning and development, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Maintain HR records, oversee core HR administration, and support compliance with relevant legislation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Only Caymanians / Caymanian Status applicants are eligible to apply.
• 5–7 years of HR experience, including leadership or advisory responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of employment legislation, HR best practices, and HR information systems.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and relationship management skills with the ability to handle confidential matters.

Salary: US$81,000 – US$106,000 per annum.
