The Agency is recruiting for an HR Manager on behalf of our client.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from posting job openings to sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including creating contracts and other necessary documentation.
- Manage visa and work permit applications, ensuring compliance with immigration laws and maintaining accurate records when working with external agencies.
- Handle payroll administration, ensuring timely payments and managing benefits such as health insurance and pensions.
- Promote professional growth by organizing training initiatives and workshops, ensuring employees are aligned with best practices.
- Develop standardized templates for all HR documentation, ensuring secure storage and easy access.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a professional setting, preferably on-island.
- In-depth knowledge of Cayman Islands labor laws and regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong leadership abilities, with a proven ability to build rapport and delegate effectively.
Salary: US$150,000 – US$180,000 per annum.
