  • Oversee the key functions, such as hiring, employee relations, administration, payroll, training and development, and P&C systems.
  • Creating a supportive workplace through effective performance management and feedback.
  • Champion ongoing enhancements with an emphasis on productivity, staff engagement, performance, and leadership growth.
  • Supervise employee performance evaluations and compensation review processes.
  • Develop, revise, and maintain P&C and organizational policies.
  • Serve as the primary contact for all P&C-related issues.
  • Develop and execute strategies to boost employee engagement and retention.
  • Evaluate and present data using P&C metrics.
  • Manage recruitment and selection processes.
  • Ensure adherence to all Employment & Labor Laws.


  • Bachelors Degree in a related field such as Human Resources.
  • Professional Certification in HR is desirable.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources (People & Culture).
  • Proficient in using BambooHR and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Cayman Islands labor regulations.
  • Demonstrated leadership and management abilities.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
  • Results-driven with the capability to plan and meet deadlines.
  • Strong skills in analysis and problem-solving.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.  

Salary: US$73K- US$80K per annum.
