The Agency is recruiting for an HR Manager on behalf of our client.

Responsibilities
- Remain up to date on all HR policy updates, reviews, and amendments.
- Lead and manage the HR department, ensuring KPIs are met and effective employee support programs are in place.
- Promote a high-performance culture by coaching, mentoring, and regularly assessing team performance and development.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to final selection.
- Maintain and update internal policies and employee handbooks to reflect the latest standards and regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- Professional qualification in Human Resource Management or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years as an HR Business Partner or in a managerial role.
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles and practices, with proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies; familiarity with the Hay Methodology is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and delegation skills.
Salary: US$93,000 – CI$123,000 per annum.
