Temporary. HR Officer

On behalf of our client, we are currently recruiting for a HR Officer to join their firm on a temporary basis. Initial 3-month contract.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to general queries and maintain important HR documents and records demonstrating your impeccable eye for detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Handle employee onboarding administration including preparing contracts, setting up new employee details into the HR system, creating personnel file, and completing Immigration applications, where applicable.
  • Undertake offboarding administration.
  • General HR Benefits administration including enrolment and termination of pension, health and life insurance.
  • Have hands-on involvement in HR projects and initiatives, as and when they arise.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
  • Administer payroll, benefits and reward and recognition programs.
  • General operational support.

Requirements 

  • BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS/HRMS).
  • Ability to work under pressure and on tight deadlines with multiple stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, positive and process driven.

Hourly rate: US$32-US$35
