Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including screening, scheduling, communication, and offer preparation.
- Prepare recruitment reports and provide insights to improve hiring effectiveness.
- Assist the Human Capital team with varied tasks and contribute to solutions for people-related challenges.
- Apply structured thinking, data insights, and professional standards to support broader team objectives.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in HR or a related people-focused role preferred.
- Strong communication abilities with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Capability to manage workload proactively while supporting managers and stakeholders effectively.
Salary: US$54,000 – US$60,000 per annum.
