Responsibilities:
- Oversee key HR operations, ensuring smooth delivery across employee lifecycle activities and compliance areas.
- Partner with leadership to align people strategies with business priorities and support organizational goals.
- Drive engagement and development initiatives while monitoring workforce trends and insights.
- Manage specialized functions such as benefits, budgeting inputs, and regulatory-related processes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a mid-to-senior HR role with exposure to multiple HR disciplines.
- Ability to handle sensitive matters independently while managing competing priorities.
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities within a structured environment.
- Relevant academic or professional background in human resources or a related field is advantageous.
Salary: US$95,000 – US$110,000 per annum.
