Temporary. Human Resources Administrator

The Agency is recruiting for a temporary HR Administrator on behalf of our client.

Responsibilities
 

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR department.
  • Manage benefits administration, recruitment, and staffing processes.
  • Coordinate staff event planning and maintain accurate records.
  • Ensuring the HR system is current and accurate.
  • Support learning and development activities as needed.
  • Handle special projects and ensure successful project management.

Requirements 
 

  • Bachelor’s Degree  or Associate’s Degree in a relevant field such as HR/Business Administration.
  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience as an HR & Admin Officer, or similar role.
  • Professional certification in HR management/administration is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using HRIS/HRMS systems.
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional organizational and record management abilities.

Hourly rate DOE.
