Temporary. Human Resources Administrator

The Agency is recruiting for a temporary HR Administrator on behalf of our client.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR department.
- Manage benefits administration, recruitment, and staffing processes.
- Coordinate staff event planning and maintain accurate records.
- Ensuring the HR system is current and accurate.
- Support learning and development activities as needed.
- Handle special projects and ensure successful project management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s Degree in a relevant field such as HR/Business Administration.
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience as an HR & Admin Officer, or similar role.
- Professional certification in HR management/administration is a plus.
- Proficiency in using HRIS/HRMS systems.
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional organizational and record management abilities.
Hourly rate DOE.
