The Agency is recruiting for an ICT Technician – Level 1 on behalf of our client. Caymanians preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting and maintenance across IT systems and applications.
- Assist with the configuration and implementation of technology solutions.
- Support users with hardware, software, network and system-related issues.
- Help maintain reliable, secure and efficient IT operations.
Requirements:
- 5 years’ experience in an ICT, IT support or similar technical role.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, security and data privacy.
- Relevant IT/ICT education or industry certifications, with strong technical skills.
- Experience with enterprise systems such as IBM iSeries/HTE and related applications is advantageous.
Salary: US$51,000 – US$66,000 per annum.
