Temporary. Insurance Administrator

The Agency is recruiting for an Insurance Administrator on behalf of our client. This is a temp to perm opportunity. Immediate start. 

Responsibilities:
  • ​​Report to the Supervisor.
  • Process cancellations and endorsements, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Prepare and send renewal notices, process payments and refunds, and follow up on outstanding client balances.
  • Manage policy documentation, ensuring all documents are verified and sent to clients within required timeframes, while maintaining strict confidentiality.
  • Communicate with insurers to resolve queries and refer to the appropriate agents as needed.
  • Provide general administrative support and assist with ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Associates degree or equivalent in Insurance or related field, with relevant professional experience.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and administrative skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficient in MS Office and quick to adapt to new software.
  • Preference given to Caymanian citizens and PR holders.

Salary: US$26 – US$32 per hour DOE.
