The Agency is working exclusively with a highly-regarded international law firm in search of an Investment Funds Associate to join them within the firm’s offices in Grand Cayman.
  
This is a law firm that has a strong reputation on island for its positive working environment, offering a vibrant culture, structured career progression, flexibility and overall, high levels of employee satisfaction.
  
As part of a respected Investment Funds team, you would be collaborating with a diverse range of large and medium-sized fund managers primarily in North America. You would be involved in various fund transactions and related regulatory issues throughout the entire lifecycle, along with associated corporate transactions. You would also regularly be involved in the firm’s business development, marketing and CSR initiatives.
  
Requirements:

• Around 3-5 PQE with funds experience at a reputable international firm;
• Offshore experience is highly desirable;
• Admission to practice in the Cayman Islands or an eligible jurisdiction such as England & Wales, Scotland, Australia, New Zealand or Canada;
• A strong academic background.

  
The firm could offer a salary in the range of US$160-200,000 attractive annual bonus. You would also receive premium health insurance (with contributions for dependents), 25 days’ annual leave and a range of other ancillary benefits.
