The Agency Legal Talent is assisting a well-regarded international law firm in search of a 3-5 PQE Investment Funds Associate to join the firm’s offices in Grand Cayman.

This offshore law firm has one of the leading investment funds practices in the jurisdiction. It works with many prominent investment managers and across the globe, and it offers its fee-earners excellent career development opportunities, a supportive environment, and a carefully thought out practice structure.
 
The role would involve a mix of offshore private equity and hedge fund management at all aspects of the fund lifecycle, as well as occasional involvement in related corporate and regulatory matters.
