The Agency has partnered with a highly-regarded offshore law firm in search of an Associate to join the firm’s Investment Funds practice in Grand Cayman.

As the successful Associate, you would be have a mixed practice focusing on hedge, private equity and venture capital funds, covering full lifecycles. You would also be advising on related corporate transactions as well as governance and regulatory-related matters. You would hold a high level of responsibility within a supportive team and also encouraged to participate in the practice’s business development & marketing initiatives.
  
The salary for this role is US$175-200,000. The firm also provides a discretionary annual bonus as well as a generous list of ancillary benefits. Relocation assistance could also be provided if necessary.
