We are recruiting for an Investor Relations Manager on behalf of our client.

Leadership Opportunity: Manage and mentor a team, sharpening your leadership and strategic planning skills.

Industry Expertise: Expand your knowledge in fund administration, FATCA/CRS compliance, and regulatory frameworks.

Exposure to Strategic Projects: Lead projects aimed at enhancing office functions, streamlining workflows, and adopting industry best practices.

• Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of hedge fund and private equity clients.
• Lead, mentor, and oversee the teams, ensuring exceptional service delivery and regulatory compliance.
• Manage end-to-end FATCA and CRS compliance, including collection, validation, and reporting of tax data.
• Review investor KYC documentation and act as AMLCO, MLRO, or DMLRO for clients.
• Process capital activity, oversee wire payments, and prepare detailed reports for clients and investors.
• Respond to regulatory and external audit requests with precision and professionalism.
• Lead strategic projects to improve workflows and align operations with industry best practices.
• Stay informed on regulatory changes and new developments in fund administration.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as CAMS or other AML/compliance credentials.
• At least 7 years of experience in fund administration, investor services, or related fields, with a strong regulatory focus.
• Expertise in FATCA/CRS, KYC, and AML compliance.
• Proven ability to manage teams and drive process improvements.
• Capacity to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Salary: US$110K -US$150K per annum.
