The Agency is recruiting for an IT Support Analyst on behalf of our client.

Global Exposure: Opportunity to support and collaborate across multiple jurisdictions within a regulated financial group, gaining valuable international experience.

Technical Growth: Hands-on involvement with diverse banking and enterprise technologies, from Microsoft 365 and network infrastructure to compliance and security systems.

High-Impact Role: Central position managing critical IT operations, systems access, and support, directly influencing the efficiency and security of the organization’s technology environment.

• Oversee the bank’s technology environment, ensuring all systems, applications, and vendors operate securely, efficiently, and in line with organizational standards.
• Administer system access and controls, managing onboarding/offboarding processes and maintaining compliance with regulatory and audit requirements.
• Lead IT operations and support, providing end-user assistance, managing assets and infrastructure, and coordinating with internal and external technology partners.
• Drive governance and reporting, maintaining technology policies, controls, and dashboards while supporting audits, risk management, and incident response activities.

Requirements:

• Relevant academic or professional background
• At least 1- 3 years of relevant experience in IT support within a regulated financial or banking environment.
• Strong technical foundation across enterprise systems, user access management, and Microsoft 365 ecosystem, with working knowledge of networking and device management.
• Familiarity with governance and control frameworks, including IT general controls, system administration, and audit readiness.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills, with the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, and service-oriented setting.
