The Agency is recruiting for an IT Support Engineer on behalf of our client.

Responsibilities
- Oversee IT service requests, providing support to customers remotely and on-site.
- Serve as a technical escalation point for complex issues within the support team.
- Participate in client onboarding, discovery sessions, and the implementation of services and projects.
- Maintain and update technical documentation, while also delivering training and knowledge sharing to staff and clients.
- Ensure a high standard of service quality and maintain strong customer satisfaction.
- Keep certifications and technical skills up to date with industry best practices.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential opportunities and assist in sales efforts when necessary.
- Efficiently log and manage time spent on tasks within the service desk system.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a technical support, managed services, or professional services role.
- Familiarity with deploying and supporting solutions from key vendors like Microsoft, VMware, HPE, Veeam, Cisco, or Fortinet.
- Industry certifications are a strong advantage.
Salary: CI$40K – CI$60K per annum.
