The Agency is recruiting for an IT Support Technician on behalf of our client.

Responsibilities:
- Prioritise and respond to technical support tickets promptly, providing users with regular status updates.
- Maintain detailed documentation of troubleshooting steps, including screenshots and correspondence.
- Mentor and support junior team members with technical guidance and best practices.
- Repair and maintain the organisation’s IT networks, wireless LAN, and telecommunications infrastructure.
- Collaborate with end users and local technical teams across all levels to resolve technical issues efficiently.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar IT support or networking role.
- Certifications such as CISCO, Network , and A are desirable.
- Solid understanding of LAN, WAN, WAP, Cloud technologies, and IP protocols.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with working knowledge of iManage.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to perform well under pressure and maintain organizational efficiency.
Salary: CI$44,000 – CI$50,000 per annum.
