The Agency is recruiting for an IT Training Specialist on behalf of our client.

• Partner with relevant teams to assess training needs and address skill gaps through tailored interventions.
• Coordinate with various teams and key stakeholders to align training strategies with project timelines.
• Create engaging and innovative learning materials.
• Support the delivery of training programs through various channels.
• Regularly refine and update training materials to stay aligned with business goals and new developments.
• Track learner progress, develop methods to assess training impact, and use feedback to continuously enhance training outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, or a related field.
• At least four years of experience in corporate learning environments.
• Proficient in designing diverse educational content with tools such as Articulate 360 and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.).
• Strong copywriting skills for creating instructional material, video scripts, and multimedia content.
• Familiar with eLearning development tools and standards (e.g., SCORM, HTML5).
• Experience managing Learning Management Systems (LMS), including developing and maintaining learning pathways.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
