Temporary. Information & Marketing Coordinator

The Agency is recruiting for an Information & Marketing Coordinator on behalf of our client. This is a 3-month contract. Immediate start. 

Responsibilities: 
  • Collaborate with the Communications team to support the marketing and promotion of programs.
  • Provide front-line customer service by responding to inquiries and assisting users in locating resources and library information.
  • Supervise and provide guidance to all staff to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Catalogue new books and resources, evaluate donated materials, and develop promotional content to highlight library offerings. 
Requirements:
  • An Associate’s degree in a related field with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, or equivalent proven experience with a commitment to pursuing a degree in the future.
  • Demonstrated experience in marketing and event planning, including writing press releases.
  • Strong technical proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and a solid understanding of database systems.
  • Highly logical and detail-oriented, with the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.   
Salary: US$30 – US$35 per hour.
