• Conduct structured discussions with members to understand borrowing needs and recommend suitable lending options aligned with internal guidelines.
• Review and prepare loan documentation, ensuring applications are complete before progressing through approval channels.
• Coordinate with internal teams and relevant parties to facilitate efficient processing of loan transactions.
• Support member engagement by identifying opportunities to introduce additional financial services where relevant.

• Secondary education with core subjects in mathematics, English, and accounting or similar disciplines.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years of experience within a financial services or lending environment.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and organizational capabilities with proficiency in standard office software tools.

Salary: US$64,700 – US$75,500 per annum.
