Temporary. Logistics Administrator

The Agency is recruiting for a Logistics Administrator on behalf of our client. This is initially a temporary position with perm potential. Immediate start.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all supply chain operations, promptly escalating issues as they arise.
- Maintain accurate and secure documentation of all logistics procedures, including stock counts, shipments, and related records.
- Collect and organise all invoices, delivery notes, and supporting documents for timely distribution to the appropriate clients.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely deliveries, monitor for delays, and proactively address any issues.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in logistics, freight, or a similar role.
- Foundational sales acumen and customer service skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, particularly when presenting to clients.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Salary: US$15 per hour.
