Temporary. Logistics Administrator

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Logistics Administrator to join our small but fast-paced freight and logistics team in the Cayman Islands. The ideal candidate will be Caymanian, highly organized, self-motivated, and able to hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily freight and logistics operations
- Prepare and manage shipping documents, invoices, and tracking reports
- Liaise with clients, customs, and shipping agents
- Maintain and update records using Excel and other MS Office tools
- Identify and resolve logistical issues efficiently
- Support management with administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in logistics, freight, or a similar role
- Excellent Excel skills; confident with formulas, pivot tables, and data entry
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, etc.)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Salary: CI$24,000 plus benefits.
