The Agency is recruiting for a Manager – Insolvency and Restructuring on behalf of our client.

Responsibilities:
- Manage insolvency and restructuring assignments, including liquidations, and corporate advisory tasks.
- Collaborate closely with legal teams and stakeholders in relation to issues arising on engagements.
- Guide and support team members, enhance best practices, and cultivate client relationships.
- Focus on managing the practice to include budgeting, strategy, competitor analysis and managing quality and risk.
- Take an active role in networking and business development activities, keeping to date on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a relevant field.
- Professional qualifications like ACA/ACCA or an LLB and post-graduate qualification in law.
- At least 5 years’ experience in insolvency and restructuring services, with a minimum of 2 years in a Senior leadership position.
- Strong problem-solving skills, business acumen, and the ability to handle stress.
- Excellent financial analysis, business insight, and report writing skills.
Salary: US$90,000 – US$100,000 per annum
