Our client is seeking an experienced Manager – New Business (Registered Office) to lead a corporate administration team and oversee registered office operations. This role combines hands-on management, team leadership, and process improvement within a regulated financial services setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day registered office workflows to ensure timely, high-quality service delivery
- Monitor team capacity, allocate workloads, and provide cover and escalation support as needed
- Oversee and support complex, time-sensitive new business and transactional work
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Monitor team performance and communicate progress or issues to senior management
- Provide technical guidance, training, and support to team members
- Support onboarding processes, ensuring documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant
About You:
- Degree qualified with a relevant professional qualification (e.g. ICSA or equivalent)
- Minimum of five years’ experience in corporate administration within financial services
- Proven experience managing and developing teams
- Strong knowledge of Cayman Islands regulatory requirements and key authorities
- Experienced in corporate administration systems (e.g. Viewpoint, CORIS, REEFS, CAPS)
- Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills
- Knowledge of KYC, CDD, and onboarding requirements.
