The Agency is recruiting for a Manager of Fund Accounting on behalf of our client.

Senior Fund Oversight: Take responsibility for key accounting and reporting activities across a diverse portfolio of investment structures.

Client Exposure: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders while building strong professional relationships.

Leadership & Development: Support, mentor and guide team members while contributing to operational improvements and best practices.

• Oversee the preparation and review of fund accounting records, NAVs, investor allocations and financial reporting across various investment structures.
• Manage investor-related activities, payments and key client deliverables while ensuring reporting and regulatory requirements are met.
• Liaise with clients, investment managers, auditors and other stakeholders to maintain high standards of service and accurate financial information.
• Support client onboarding, team development, management reporting and the implementation of effective operational controls.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience within financial services, with strong fund accounting and financial reporting knowledge.
• Degree in Accounting or a related field, together with a recognised professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of investment structures, applicable accounting standards and complex private equity calculations.
• Excellent analytical, communication and relationship-management skills, with relevant fund administration systems experience preferred.

Salary: US$91,000 – US$116,000 per annum.
