Responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions and assessments related to financial crime prevention, compliance reviews, and regulatory remediation.
- Assist in audits and risk management projects, focusing on governance frameworks, enterprise risk, and due diligence.
- Address inquiries on regulatory standards and policies, providing expert advice on compliance with local and international guidelines.
- Research and monitor legal updates, creating summaries and insights for stakeholders.
- Lead client engagements, including managing timelines, resources, and deliverables while serving as the primary client liaison.
- Support business development by preparing proposals, onboarding new clients, and nurturing relationships with existing ones.
- Mentor junior team members, fostering their growth and aligning them with project goals.
- Take on diverse advisory projects aligned with your skill set and organizational priorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a similar discipline.
- Professional Qualification such as CAMS or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience in compliance or risk management within financial services or consulting.
- Strong understanding of regulatory environments, with exposure to digital assets or cryptocurrency sectors is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business tools.
Salary: US$95,000 – US$140,000 per annum DOE.
