• Lead, manage and monitor the performance of team members.
• Develop and execute strategies that align with the organization’s goals.
• Identifying and secure opportunities for both new and existing clients.
• Build strong relationships with regulators and relevant authorities.
• Manage the integration process of mergers and acquisitions
• Represent the company in client meetings locally and internationally.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations and directives.
• Maintain robust corporate governance and effective risk management.
• Achieve financial targets and boost business performance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• At least 10 years of experience in a senior management role within the financial services industry.
• Proven track record of formulating and implementing successful business strategies.
• Experience in mergers and acquisitions integration is a plus.
• Understanding of corporate governance and risk management principles.
• knowledge of financial services regulations and compliance requirements.

Salary: US$250K – US$325K, Plus benefits.
