• Lead and manage operations, ensuring all regulatory and contractual obligations are met.
• Drive business growth with proactive marketing to expand corporate and fiduciary Services.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations and directives.
• Maintain robust corporate governance and effective risk management.
• Achieve financial targets and boost business performance.
• Lead, manage and monitor the performance of team members.
• Develop and execute strategies that align with the organization’s goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• At least 10 years of experience in corporate and fiduciary services.
• Proven track record of formulating and implementing successful business strategies.
• Understanding of corporate governance and risk management principles.
• Knowledge of financial services regulations and compliance requirements.
