The Agency is recruiting for a Marketing and Business Development Lead on behalf of our client.

Leadership Opportunity: You’ll take the lead on major business development and marketing initiatives, with the chance to shape strategies that impact the firm’s growth.

Collaborative Environment: Collaborate closely with practice heads and senior leadership, working in a team-driven environment that values innovation and strategic thinking.

Digital Innovation: Lead the development and implementation of digital strategies, enhancing your expertise in a rapidly evolving marketing landscape.

• Craft and implement strategies to expand business opportunities.
• Supervise and coordinate marketing and business development budgets.
• Collect and evaluate information on key clients and prospects to guide strategic initiatives.
• Oversee client relationship management for a portfolio of international clients.
• Lead the planning and execution of high-impact marketing and business development initiatives, optimizing performance and returns.
• Develop and execute digital marketing initiatives to support practice objectives.
• Provide guidance and leadership to junior team members, nurturing their growth and professional development.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in a relevant field.
• At least 10 years of experience in marketing or business development.
• Proven track record in account management, preferably in a client-facing business development role.
• Experience managing and developing teams, with demonstrated success in achieving strategic goals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and CRM systems.

Salary: Depends on Experience.
