The Agency is recruiting for a Marketing Manager on behalf of our client.

• Develop and oversee event project plans, budgets, and merchandise stock management.
• Create and distribute event communications while maintaining vendor and venue relationships.
• Design brand-enhancing merchandise, source competitive suppliers, and stay updated on promotions for efficient purchasing.
• Manage internal and external communications, creating social media content to increase engagement.
• Support staff involvement, provide regular activity reporting, and manage data via CRM systems.
• Offer ad hoc support to management as needed.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• At least 7 years of marketing experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and design software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
• Meet tight deadlines, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and up-hold high-quality standards.
• Only Caymanian or PR holder candidates will be considered. 

Salary: US$80,000 – US$100,000 per annum.
