The Agency is recruiting for a Marketing Manager on behalf of our client.

Creative Impact: Take charge of developing content across various platforms and managing creative assets to shape the brand’s online presence and visual direction.

Engaging Role: Drive the implementation of marketing strategies and brand activations, working closely with internal teams and external partners to boost business growth.

• Work with advertising agencies and contractors to execute campaigns, ensuring clear and consistent communications.
• Drive targeted marketing by developing and executing plans and brand activations for specific audiences.
• Plan and manage digital and social media campaigns, tracking success through sales data, feedback, key metrics, and performance reports.
• Maintain a library of creative materials and analyse competitors’ products to identify opportunities for improvement and market growth.
• Manage budgets and resources in line with business priorities.
• Collaborate with teams, engage with third parties, and build strong relationships with clients and external business partners.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field. 
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role; retail marketing or direct agency experience preferred but not required.
• Graphic design experience with proficiency in tools like Photoshop preferred.
• Strong understanding of marketing strategies, including advertising and product promotions.
• Experience working with digital platforms and analysing metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in speaking to large audiences.
• Strong time management skills, well-organized, and able to meet competing deadlines.
• Only Caymanian and PR holders will be considered for this role. 

Salary: US$60,000 – US$73,000 per annum.
