We are recruiting for a Microsoft Specialist on behalf of our client.

• Collaborate with sales to uncover opportunities through problem analysis and support sales efforts as needed.
• Assess and report on cloud service performance.
• Serve as a technical escalation point for client queries.
• Oversee and respond to customer support needs with both proactive and reactive solutions.
• Implement and manage identity services like ADFS and Single Sign-On (SSO) systems.
• Work with various versions of SharePoint and Exchange, including hybrid setups.
• Manage Microsoft Exchange environments, both cloud-based and on-premise.
• Provide additional engineering support as required by the team.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP).
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience working with Microsoft technologies.
• Broad understanding of IT services and solutions.
• Strong self-motivation and a proactive approach.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• A recognized Microsoft certification.
