The Agency is recruiting for an Office Manager on behalf of our client.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Keep management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports, summarizing information, and identifying trends.
  • Enforce office policies and procedures while coordinating office and staff operations.
  • Manage email and written correspondences, liaising with external agencies, organizations, and groups.
  • Promote new business and contribute to the company’s customer base by sourcing new customers through prospecting and referral networks.
  • Implement annual budget, schedule expenditures, and complete all transactions on behalf of the company.
  • Oversee administrative functions, including management and coordination of all filing and maintaining inventory.
  • Collaborate with management to organize and execute office events.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or related field with a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat and CRM application.
  • Strong organization skills, able to multitask, and can manage time to meet frequently changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, analytical, and commercially minded with a can-do attitude.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, highly professional, and dependable.

Salary: US$80,000 – US$120,000 per annum.
