Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR (or related field) 3–5 years’ experience, or Associate’s degree 5–8 years’ experience.
- Proven experience in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of public sector HR frameworks and employment legislation.
- Ability to work independently with integrity and professionalism.
- Prior experience in government/public sector HR (especially within the Cayman Islands) is highly desirable.
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Solid understanding of HR laws/policies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, HRIS, and MyVista.
- Discretion in handling sensitive, high-pressure matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding/offboarding.
- Oversee pension enrollments and benefits administration.
- Maintain job descriptions and organizational charts.
- Advise on employee relations and HR policy matters.
- Support performance management and training coordination.
- Lead employee engagement and welfare initiatives.
- Produce HR reports (turnover, promotions, absenteeism).
- Provide general HR administration and payroll support.
