The Agency is recruiting for an Operations & Engagement Executive, Middle Office on behalf of our client.

• Support operational workflows and maintain internal systems to ensure accurate and timely updates.
• Assist with preparation, coordination, and finalization of client and engagement-related documentation.
• Manage administrative processes tied to audit and client lifecycle activities.
• Provide general support to leadership on reporting, tracking, and ad-hoc operational tasks.

• Strong organizational and communication capabilities with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in core office tools and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Discretion in handling sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality.
• Exposure to professional services or similar structured environments is advantageous.

Salary: US$85,000 per annum.
