The Agency is recruiting for an Operations & Guest Services Coordinator on behalf of our client.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional guest service, including check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and concierge support.
- Coordinate daily resort operations, vendor activities, and operational projects.
- Assist with financial administration, reporting, budgeting, and management documentation.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, operational planning, and administrative processes.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years’ experience in hospitality, resort, hotel, condominium, or property operations.
- Strong customer service, organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, with administration or project coordination experience.
- Ability to manage both guest service and operational responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Salary: US$50,000 – US$65,000 per annum.
