Operations Support Manager

The Agency is recruiting for an Operations Support Manager on behalf of our client.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the administration of the pensions, ensuring precision and adherence to regulations.
- Monitor and assess trends in processing times, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
- Promote knowledge sharing and cross-training to enhance team skills.
- Oversee the preparation and submission of reports to regulatory bodies.
- Ensure compliance with service level agreements and performance benchmarks.
- Act as the senior authority on technical issues and unique cases.
- Supervise, train, assist, and mentor junior administrators.
- Develop the administrative team, establish and monitor goals, and perform performance assessments.
- Participate in training sessions, identify areas for improvement and communicate findings.
- Assist with the external audit process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent.
- At least 4 years of experience in a relevant field such as finance.
- Experience in managing teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Excel.
- Knowledge of anti-money laundering regulations.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Salary: US$65K-US$80Kper annum
