This is an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Partner or Counsel to join a leading offshore law firm who advise a range of clients including: insurers, reinsurers, global financial institutions, multinational corporations, and top-tier onshore law firms.
 
The firm is known for its supportive culture and its commitment to assisting Partners grow their practices and teams.
 
The successful candidate should have experience advising insurers and reinsurers on public and private M&A, equity issuances, reinsurance investments, joint ventures, and corporate advisory matters.
 
You would be expected to contribute to business development initiatives and further strengthen existing client relationships.
 
Candidates should have senior-level experience at a top-tier law firm, excellent academics, and established credentials in the Bermudan market.
