The Agency is working with a reputable international law firm in the Cayman Islands in the search of a Partner to join the firm’s Investment Funds practice.

This law firm is has a reputation as a positive place to work, offering a quality funds practice, plenty of fee-earner support and active collaboration with its other offices.

The role would focus on advising on all aspects of investment funds from a Cayman law perspective, and at times, as lead counsel. You would also advise on regulation and some crypto/digital assets matters.

There is substantial book of business readily available for the successful candidate. However, you would also be expected to actively contribute towards the team’s business development efforts, growth strategy, and recruitment and training of juniors.

Equity ownership within a short timeframe could be realistic with strong performance.

The firm could offer a starting salary of US$300-325,000 substantial bonus potential.
