Responsibilities:
- Act as the central point of contact for patients, managing front desk operations, communications, and appointment coordination with professionalism and discretion.
- Support efficient clinic operations through scheduling oversight, documentation management, and coordination with clinical staff.
- Contribute to service quality, compliance, and operational effectiveness by following established procedures and supporting process improvements.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of work experience in a healthcare or similar professional services environment with strong administrative and coordination capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, maintain accurate records, and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- High attention to detail, customer-focused mindset, and confidence working independently and as part of a team.
