The Agency is recruiting for a P&C Reinsurance Underwriter (AVP/VP) on behalf of our client.

• Underwrite and manage a portfolio of Property & Casualty reinsurance risks in line with business objectives.
• Evaluate opportunities, assess risk, and support commercially sound underwriting decisions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, clients, and key internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to portfolio performance and support strategic growth initiatives.

Requirements: 

• At least 4 years of underwriting experience within the insurance or reinsurance sector.
• Knowledge of Property & Casualty business with strong analytical and commercial judgement.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Relevant insurance qualifications are advantageous, with the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.

Salary: US$120,000– US$150,000 per annum.
