The Agency is recruiting for a Pension Accountant on behalf of our client.

Leadership and Mentorship: Take on a leadership role by mentoring and supervising junior staff, fostering a positive team environment while tackling complex technical challenges.

• Reconcile and manage pension plan subscriptions and monthly redemptions.
• Process payments in compliance with regulations, audit historical account balances, and complete client fund rebalancing.
• Ensure compliance by reviewing and preparing accurate financial and regulatory reports for clients.
• Support business growth by assisting with procedural or regulatory changes and contributing to client presentations.
• Assist customer service agents with inquiries and act as the primary contact for external auditors.  

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, along with a professional designation such as CPA.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in a Big 4 company with experience managing a team.
• Familiarity with Cayman Islands pensions laws and regulations is an asset.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.  

Salary: US$75,000 – US$95,000 per annum.
