Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and professional assistance to clients ensuring all inquiries are resolved effectively.
- Accurately review new applications, ensuring all required information is complete.
- Update and manage account details, including personal information, beneficiaries, and contributions.
- Assist in processing daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and proper allocation.
- Ensure compliance with established guidelines and accurate documentation.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions and account-related activities.
- Deliver outstanding service with a solutions-focused approach and a commitment to client satisfaction.
- Partner with internal teams to address complex client needs and drive resolution effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s degree in a relevant field.
- At least 2 years experience in administration, customer service, or financial services.
- Exceptional focus on accuracy in all tasks and processes.
- Ability to manage client interactions effectively and professionally.
- Capable of handling multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment.
- Awareness of local regulations, such as pension laws, is advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Salary: US$40K- US$55K per annum.
